Professional mechanical and plant engineering

We manufacture products tailored to meet your needs. We produce individual components, one-off parts or small series based on your requirements.
We process a variety of non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel, aluminium, brass and engineering plastics.

Services we offer

  • Design with SolidWorks – including integrating data from other CAD systems
  • Laser cutting (2D/3D)
  • Water jet cutting
  • Deburring and grinding
  • Edging technology
  • Machining technology
  • MIG, TIG, point and laser welding
  • Stainless steel bead blasting

Container construction for food manufacturing, the pharmaceutical field and industrial applications.

We manufacture stainless steel containers to meet the highest demands, including pipeline constructions like CIP lines. These include agitator and process containers, pressure and vacuum tanks, and bio-reactors manufactured on a contract basis. Our portfolio also includes vacuum chambers for plasma technology.

We can also manufacture double-wall and insulated container designs. Both stainless steel pipes and heat exchanger plates are processed for cooling and heating processes. These heat exchanger plates are manufactured using laser welding, with two stainless steel sheets welded together in a pressure-tight manner, so that they can then be exposed to pressure (pumped up) to create a duct system. The heat exchanger plates are processed into container walls. In some cases, these are in direct contact with the product, and must meet our clients’ high hygiene standards. The plates deliver highly efficient, long-lasting heat transmission.

Container surfaces in contact with the product must have several key features. Complying with the specified peak to valley height is a binding requirement.

Surface finishing:

  • Stainless steel bead blasting with a surface roughness of Ra 1.2
  • Staining, electropolishing and grinding for very smooth surfaces (Ra 0.8 and finer)

Service:

  • Converting or attaching to existing tanks on site
  • On-site appointments available at any time for a needs assessment or technician service calls

Our welding technology is licensed in accordance with

  • Directive 2014/68/EU (Pressure equipment directive)
  • DIN EN ISO 3834-3
  • AD2000 HP0
